Mento Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team of economists, engineers, and web3 product experts. In this role, you will be crucial in driving the development and implementation of our stablecoin and digital asset solutions. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects, while considering both business and technical requirements.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or blockchain company
- Proven experience in managing complex technical projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Some technical expertise, with an understanding of blockchain technologies and the web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Prince 2 certification
- Bonus: Scrum certification
- Bonus: Experience working in a startup environment & with distributed teams.
