The Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Director, PMO and is responsible for executing critical projects and process improvement initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager is expected to deliver a portfolio of projects and work extremely closely with Sr Leaders across the business.

This candidate will demonstrate skills such as organization, documentation, and communication, requirements gathering, land lean alongside having the ability to help design innovative solutions when faced with complex issues. The Sr. Project Manager has a proven track record ensuring projects deliver the expected business value while managing time, scope, and risks.

Responsibilities:

    • Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects using the PMO Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
    • Use the PPM Tool (Monday.com) to report the project status and manage resources
    • Assemble the project team, assign individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops the schedule to ensure its timely completion
    • Communicate and collaborate proactively with providers and stakeholders to analyze information and functional needs and deliver functional requirements, business requirements, and use cases. Communicate Sr. Project progress and facilitate project-related meetings to meet deliverables
    • Create standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, and offer solutions for improving our tools and processes
    • Serve as the single point of contact and be accountable for all Sr. Project related activities & requests
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

    • 3-5 years experience as a project manager, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proven track record of leading implementations, on time and within budget
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Intermediate Knowledge of project/program management methodology and processes, including Agile.
    • Familiarity and hands on experience using MS products, Jira, Trello, LucidChart and other project management software
    • Willingly collaborates and shares knowledge with others
    • Entrepreneur mindset, with ability to utilize creative problem solving to achieve objectives
    • Crypto ecosystem knowledge
    • Start up experience is a plus!

Nice to Have:

    • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
    • General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto
