ABOUT YOU

Software Project Management Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management in a software development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding and use of soft skills.
• Solid understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles.
• Expert PM skills in a software development environment for project planning, execution, control and monitoring and reporting/presentation.
• Strong leadership skills working with all levels of the organization.
• Solid technical background that can assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, or requirements working with the relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to build teams and influence at all levels of the organization
• Solid leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• PM Methodology with aspects of Agile.
• Proactive Risk Management skills
• Experience with Software Project Management Tools (Jira, Monday, Notion, Google Office)
• Overseeing project progression, risk management, and resolving roadblocks as required.
• Own, drive and improve daily agile standup meetings for their teams
• Tracking baselined project schedules, and resetting program schedules with project owners based on company priorities and events. Manage and escalate as needed.
• Serving as a liaison to senior management to communicate information regarding program changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Project Management Organizational Awareness is essential for continuous improvement for project execution.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or Program Management or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Blockchain industry a plus

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the development of customer service initiatives.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction metrics, response time targets, and productivity standards.
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies, including privacy and data protection regulations, to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
