About The Role
The Sr. People Project Manager will be a core member of the PMO team, partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the People function to orchestrate how projects get delivered and oversee what outcomes are achieved. This role balances project management discipline, change management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who thrives in environments of ambiguity and constant evolution. We are building the future of how the People function operates, and that means plans will shift, priorities will pivot, and new opportunities will emerge along the way. Success here requires intellectual curiosity, resilience, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. For the right person, the chance to shape outcomes in real time, experiment, and continuously improve will feel like a challenge to embrace, not a barrier to overcome.
Your Impact
Drive prioritization and execution of People-led initiatives.
Establish and embed frameworks, governance, and best practices.
Ensure initiatives donât just launch, but land and stick, through strong change management and communications.
Provide visibility and confidence to leadership by reporting on outcomes, adoption, and impact.
Act as a partner and enabler, freeing People leaders and subject experts to focus on content, while ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively.
Requirements
Proven program/project management experience (4+ years) within People/HR and Talent/Recruitment
Strong expertise in project orchestration: scoping, planning, delivery tracking, risk management, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to embed change management into projects, ensuring initiatives are adopted, not just delivered
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse groups and influence senior leaders
Ability to differentiate outputs vs. outcomes and build reporting frameworks that measure impact, not just delivery
High degree of ownership, accountability, and organizational discipline
Experience designing and embedding frameworks, governance, or PMO practices in a People or HR environment
Knowledge of agile and sprint-based delivery models, including retrospectives and continuous improvement practices
Background in cross-functional collaboration with functions such as IT, Finance, Legal, or People Operations
Familiarity with data-informed project delivery, including using OKRs, KPIs, and dashboards to track success
Comfort facilitating intake and prioritization processes, ensuring alignment on what projects take priority
Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments with distributed global teams.
Strong facilitation skills (e.g., running workshops, retros, office hours, or stakeholder training)
Preferred Requirements
Prior experience in People PMO functions (or similar roles in People Ops/People Experience).
Background in communications or employee engagement programs as part of project delivery.
Web3 or blockchain industry experience, or experience in a high-growth, remote-first tech environment.
Global experience: ability to design scalable solutions across multiple geographies and cultures.
Certification(s) in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, etc.).
