We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead QA Specialist to join one of the most unique UGC platforms in the games industry: Seedworld. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the QA lifecycle, developing test strategies, leading a team, and collaborate closely with the development team to implement effective QA processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Testing in Agile environment, work closely with the dev team in an Agile scrum setup
Setting up the QA process
Outlining QA test plans in collaboration with the dev team
Creating and processing test requests
Creating and structuring test documentation/cases
Writing bug reports
Collaborate with other QA tester to establish and promote best practices in the testing methodologies
Perform regression testing
Taking part in the hiring process, conducting technical interviews, and providing feedback

Qualification:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Game industry or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Proven experience in leading QA team and implementing testing strategies
Knowledge of testing methodologies Agile and Scrum
Experience testing of desktop/mobile application
Experience testing AAA games will be a plus

You will be an integral part of a the game engineering team (Seedwolrd), working closely with other engineers and also in contact with the design and art teams for various core aspects of the game development implementation, or assisting in their implementation along with other engineers.
