This role involves being embedded in a sprint team to ensure quality delivery through a mix of manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and product owners to identify and resolve defects early in the sprint cycle while continuously improving the quality of the deliverables.   Responsibilities:

Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups to understand requirements and contribute to testing strategies. Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases. Collaborate with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the sprint. Ensure thorough test coverage of sprint deliverables, including UI, backend, and API testing. Create and maintain test scripts for regression, integration, and smoke testing. Implement and maintain automated testing pipelines as part of the CI/CD workflow. Document test results, provide feedback on defects, and support UAT. Stay current with testing tools, techniques, and best practices to continually improve processes.

  Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing within agile environments. Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured. Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint workflows. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in testing tools like Jira, Zephyr, or similar platforms. Exposure to DevOps environments and basic scripting skills. Familiarity with Azure cloud environment.
