Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies in both Manual and Automation testing. This role involves analyzing the technical characteristics of our products, creating and updating test artifacts, creation and maintenance of Automation Suite, executing test cases, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze the technical characteristics of the product.
    • Create and update test artifacts based on technical and user requirements.
    • Execute test cases (both manual and automated) and perform phased testing with the QA team.
    • Contribute to maintenance of Automation Suite.
    • Analyze test results, document, and troubleshoot bugs.
    • Monitor system errors via logs and databases, discuss, and resolve them with the team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

    • Strong basic knowledge of testing theory (types of testing, testing methods).
    • Minimum of 5 years of QA experience in commercial development, plus if in Fintech and Web3 products.
    • Solid understanding of Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and Compatibility Testing.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the software life-cycle.
    • Integration testing experience is a plus.
    • Excellent ability to analyze requirements.
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
    • Strong experience in API testing (Postman, REST, etc.).
    • Strong communication skills and team player.
    • Proficiency with tools such as Postman, TestRail, RabbitMQ, Splunk, and Grafana.
    • Knowledge of Selenium, Java, Cucumber and jUnit
    • Knowledge of Gitlab, CI/CD pipeline.
