Responsibilities

  • Facilitate OTC block trades with customers and other trading desks
  • Generate new trading ideas for clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with trading counter-parties
  • Cultivate new business for the trading desk
  • Hedge exposures and manage risk
  • Maintain and enhance market-making strategies
  • Manage fund movements for settlements and rebalancing
  • Daily reconciliation of balances and PnL
  • Ability to make fast and accurate investment decisions based on price information, news, and charts
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the trading platform
  • Prepare dashboards, report about trading activities and best execution to the Management

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital currency or financial services industry, with a focus on market-making and derivatives.
  • Deep understanding and experience in developing market-making and derivatives strategies.
  • Proficiency in using programming languages commonly used in quantitative analysis.
  • Experience with risk management in a financial context, particularly in relation to market-making and derivatives.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
