We are looking for innovative, curious, and collaborative engineers who are passionate about building and maintaining customer-facing applications and solving complex problems. As part of the Core Front-End Engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our marketing sites.We are looking for a curious, innovative, and collaborative Front-End Engineer. Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible, mobile-first landing pages with Astro and DatoCMS  Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other software engineers across multiple teams Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards. Learn from and share knowledge with other developers Improve the development experience by enhancing development tools, test coverage, documentation, and code structure

Requirements

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and React Interest in learning about creating accessible applications Interest in sharing knowledge Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative software development

Bonus Qualifications

Typescript, Tailwind CSS experience Jest, Playwright experience Monorepo experience Accessibility and user experience knowledge Static site generation or CMS experience

  Salary

Compensation Range: $102,960 - $128,700 Quarterly 25%  bonus target Equity stock options package This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
