What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and optimize capabilities for the Boss Middle Platform, such as access management, compliance auditing, and security enhancement.
- Participate in building the operational efficiency platform from scratch, proactively understand the pain points of other business teams, and design universal technical solutions to improve the company's overall operational efficiency.
- Optimize system performance and tackle technical challenges to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive process optimization, facilitate cross-team communication, and enhance team collaboration efficiency.
What We Look For In You
- Solid foundation in Java with a deep understanding of JVM configuration optimization, IO, multithreading, concurrency frameworks, common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with commonly used middleware such as MQ, RPC, caching, message queues, and MySQL, with extensive experience in handling online issues.
- Knowledge of microservices, distributed system architecture, and principles, including service discovery, traceability, CAP theorem, and consistency.
- Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills.
- Experience in designing large management systems and complex access control systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in front-end development or knowledge of front-end technologies such as React / Vue / Javascript is a plus
- Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions
