Tasks

We are now looking for an ambitious Fullstack Engineer to join the team. You will be joining a team of 20 (12 with technical background) with a live product with over 400,000 users already. As our main person in charge, you will spearhead the development of innovative solutions in the competitive global landscape, staying at the forefront of the latest technologies and best practices, particularly within the web3 space.

You will:

• Lead the development of our front-end architecture, focusing on scalability and user experience enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the technical lead and team to integrate new features and optimize existing functionalities.
• Ensure seamless integration of external APIs and services, leveraging your expertise in FinTech and Blockchain industries.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive the adoption of modern frontend technologies and practices across the team.
• Actively participate in discussions regarding architectural decisions, technical design, and product improvements.

Requirements

We do not focus on the time you have spent sitting in the lecture halls of this world but we want to understand what makes you feel comfortable, extraordinarily motivated and suitable to take over this position. We are looking for a team member who feels comfortable working remotely and in English in an international environment with a self-driven “Get stuff done” mindset.

• Demonstrated experience in serverless architecture, microservices, and cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with web3 tools and libraries for frontend development, preferably experience with integrating web3 wallets as well.
• Proficiency in cloning designs from Figma and well skilled in working with Designers.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks, including React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Blockchain and Web3 solutions, with a proven track record in implementing related technologies.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a "Get stuff done" mindset, capable of delivering results independently and collaboratively.
