What will be my impact?

At FalconX, you’ll help create a more open financial system. In building the trading, credit and custody infrastructure, we are enabling thousands more institutions to enter the market and support a more open and accessible financial system. The world’s largest financial institutions from Wall Street to Silicon Valley will turn to you for products that provide unparalleled seamless, efficient and secure access to the cryptocurrency sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own the hiring charter for these geographies. Lead the efforts to hire the best talent in the country into FalconX
  • Co build vision for next 2-3 years for making FalconX an employer of choice.
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Markets, Ops, Finance to hire the right talent for the right roles

You look like -

  • Deep thinker while moving with agility
  • Have a track record of success breaking down + solving ambiguous problems
  • Structured in thinking and able to break down problems into achievable roadmaps
  • Have demonstrated diligent prioritization and focus, alongside empathetic cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market structure and participants
  • Team-oriented and demonstrated willingness to roll up the sleeves and get into the weeds

Experience -

  • 4-7 years of core recruiting experience
  • Prior experience in tech hiring is a great to have
  • Experience in Financial services is a must
