Remote Solana Jobs

Exo Technologies is a Solana focused research and development firm founded by a group of early Solana community developers. Exo works across many different verticals (LSTs, DeFi, DePIN, and RWAs) with seed stage startups to large institutions. Some of our clients include 0x, Agora, Jito, Solana Foundation, and Switchboard. We’ve got a talented distributed team and we’re looking for an engineering manager that’s willing to work with clients and engineers, pushing what’s possible on Solana.

You're a great fit if you're high agency, strive to over deliver, and can manage multiple work streams at once. In this role you will collaborate with clients to distill their product vision into a comprehensive architecture and development plan. You would be overseeing the engineering to carry out the development plans. At times, you may have to ship code yourself to ensure your team delivers top quality in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Located in the US
• Understanding of the SVM runtime
• Experience managing other engineers
• Experience indexing Solana data with RPCs or Geyser
• Experience writing Solana programs and working with auditors
• Proficient with full stack Solana engineering
• EVM experience is a plus
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
