About Silo Finance
Silo is a decentralized, risk-isolating lending protocol that brings secure lending markets to all token assets. We are a distributed team working to disrupt the decentralized lending market. We are close to launching our beta protocol on Ethereum.

About the Role
We’re looking for a product manager, ideally one with a technical background, to help drive development of our roadmap. In this role, you will work closely with team members working on smart contracts, growth, and token incentives to deliver on an end-to-end product roadmap. To accomplish this, you will:
- Build a deep understanding of our lending protocol and its users.
- Help establish our product vision and strategy.
- Assist with yearly, quarterly, and sprint prioritization processes.
- Coordinate with engineering, growth, and design teams to ship great products.
- Manage the product’s roadmap with an emphasis on delivery timeline and cost.
About You
- A software developer turned PM and/or have strong technical aptitude
- Passionate about Web3 and blockchain Know about the blockchain and crypto space
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
- Understand the Ethereum ecosystem and the broader decentralized web
- Open-minded to new ideas with a mindset of continuous learning
Role Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Deep understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Ability to get into details to ensure successful execution while understanding the strategic level impact of the work
- Confident communicating about hard technical challenges, and comfortable collaborating on complex technical product decisions with engineers
- Comfortable collaborating on UX challenges with designers
- Strong organization and documentation skills with the ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical infrastructure requirements
