Aragon Association is a small, remote-only team of people that span a broad range of backgrounds, interests, and geography. We're dropouts and Ph.D.s, craft beer and coffee lovers, living across the Americas and Europe, who are designing and building tools to secure and govern decentralized organizations.

Aragon Association has overseen the production of the leading smart contract framework to build DAOs, with toolkits for developers to seamlessly integrate their apps with DAO functionality, and a decentralized dispute resolution system.

💪 Main responsibilities Maintain, deploy and monitor servers and infrastructure both for development and for production purposes, and ensure their uptime. Develop tools to deploy, automate and integrate all Vocdoni and Aragon projects. Develop and maintain Continuous Integration systems required for development and testing. Troubleshooting of bugs and failures that could arise in all environments. Architecture and design of cloud and container based deployments. Assist and document community deployments of P2P and decentralized nodes. Assist in backend development related with systems integration and testing. Coordination and task management for the devops team

⚠️ Minimum requisites Advanced Linux administration skills Google Cloud and GKE administration skills, or similar cloud providers (AWS, Azure) Intermediate cloud networking infrastructure knowledge Experience with Kubernetes and work with micro-service architectures Docker based orchestration. Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaaC) solutions like Terraform and Ansible Experience with logging, provisioning and monitoring services (Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch) Continuous integration and delivery systems like Github Actions

💡 Nice to have Experience with Go, Python or JavaScript programming Understanding of blockchain and distributed systems. Experience in GitOps workflows Smart contracts and EVM skills (Solidity) Experience with developing and maintaining Kubernetes Helm charts
