About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Back End Engineer with expertise in Node.js development and smart contract coding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems, as well as developing smart contracts using Solidity. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development principles such as building, maintaining and scaling our systems, as well smart contract development.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that meets coding standards and best practices.
  • Implement and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or others.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Back End Engineer with a focus on Node.js development.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js frameworks.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex backend systems and microservices architectures.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology and experience with smart contract development.
  • Knowledge of StarkEx would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in at least one smart contract language such as Rust, Cairo, or Solidity.
  • Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum or others.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
