Protofire is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.
Required:
- Leadership experience as PM or Tech lead
- Agile Methodologies
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision
- Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
- DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge (Must)
- Architect mindset (Desirable)
- DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
- 5+ years of experience as PM
- Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3. (Desirable)
- Previous experience working as a developer
- Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), Solidity devs, BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions if is necessary.
- Theoretical knowledge of blockchain networks and distributed systems.
- Experience working with containerization like Docker.
- A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies.
Bonus experience:
- Wallets multisig
- Business and customer-oriented mindset
- Finance knowledge
- Solidity
- Familiarity with Non-EVM networks (big bonus)
