Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Web3 Developer with a strong background in the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in software development, particularly in decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, and be proficient in Rust programming language. Experience in developing decentralized exchanges (DEX) and centralized exchanges (CEX) will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities : ● Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using blockchain technology. ● Design and implement smart contracts, ensuring security and efficiency. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. ● Troubleshoot and optimize existing dApps for performance and scalability. ● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices in Web3 development. ● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain space.
Required Skills : ● Engineer first: Should have strong engineering background and good in first principle problem solving. ● Proficiency in Web3 Technologies: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, decentralized applications, and smart contract development, preferably with Solana. ● Programming Languages: Expertise in Rust is essential; JavaScript is a plus. ● Development Experience: Proven experience in building DEX or CEX platforms.
● Cryptography Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptographic principles and secure coding practices. ● Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development processes.
