We are building the future of open finance and seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer to work at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and global payments. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both on-chain smart contracts and off-chain AI infrastructure, helping create innovative products that can scale worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop on-chain AI agents using Solidity or Rust.
  • Build and maintain off-chain infrastructure using tools such as LangChain, HuggingFace, and RL frameworks.
  • Work across the backend stack (Go, Node.js, Python) to support scalable global payment systems.
  • Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in blockchain engineering.
  • Proven experience with AI agents or prompt-based workflows.
  • Strong backend engineering skills with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
  • Passion for open systems, programmable finance, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong product-oriented mindset with the ability to ship quickly and iterate.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Layer 1/2 networks, DeFi protocols, or crypto payment systems.
  • Knowledge of zk-tech, staking mechanisms, or cross-chain bridges.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or participation in DAOs.
