About The Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping Chainlink’s developer-focused narrative in the blockchain ecosystem through clear, compelling, and technically accurate content. As part of the Docs Team, you will create, refine, and enhance a wide range of materials that communicate Chainlink’s impact on onchain finance and asset tokenization. Your work will span technical documentation, code tutorials, developer-focused tooling, and more. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, developer advocates, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content is both engaging and informative for global audiences. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing projects in the blockchain ecosystem and shape how the industry understands the future of decentralized finance.


Your Impact

  • Write, edit, and maintain developer documentation, tutorials, API references, and guides for Chainlink products

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and developer relations teams to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content

  • Continuously improve the developer onboarding experience through clear, well-structured documentation

  • Work with open-source contributors to review and enhance community-submitted documentation

  • Organize and structure documentation for better discoverability and usability

  • Stay up-to-date with blockchain, smart contracts, and Chainlink ecosystem advancements to keep documentation relevant

  • Participate in content strategy discussions, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across all documentation

Requirements

  • Strong ability to write clear, structured, and concise technical documentation, with an understanding of best practices for developer documentation

  • Experience with Markdown and Git. Comfortable reading, understanding and writing code samples (Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript)

  • Industry knowledge (Blockchains, DeFi, trends, use cases)

  • Experience contributing to open-source projects or blockchain communities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product teams, and developer advocates

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics for a broad developer audience

  • Ability to operate independently, take on additional responsibilities as needed, and proactively identify and learn new skills or knowledge to adapt to evolving challenges

  • Ability to be flexible and turnover quality content quickly when needed

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking skills

  • User Empathy & Developer Experience Focus

  • Strong interest in Blockchain technology

Preferred Requirements

  • Understanding of Chainlink and our product offerings

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Go, Rust, Move, Python, or Cairo is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to enhance user experience by developing Astro documentation components.
