What We're Building

Zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) are critical to the future of blockchain scaling, interoperability, and privacy, but are too complex for most developers today. Succinct’s mission is to make ZKPs simple and accessible for all builders.

Our core product is SP1, a breakthrough zkVM (zero-knowledge virtual machine) that enables developers to generate ZK proofs from normal code (like Rust) with state-of-the-art performance.

To support SP1, we’ve built the Succinct Prover Network -- a protocol on Ethereum that coordinates a decentralized network of provers for universal ZK proof generation. This lets developers outsource proving to a global, competitive marketplace of provers.

Our infrastructure is already in production with many of the best teams in crypto:

  • Polygon is using SP1 to build AggLayer and Katana

  • Celestia and Avail use our network to secure Ethereum bridges

  • Mantle ($2B TVL) is using it to become the world’s largest ZK Layer 2

  • And many more, including Celo, Interchain (IBC V2), Hibachi, Lido, Galxe, Taiko, Sovereign, and others

zkVMs are now a key part of Ethereum’s scaling roadmap, and Succinct is at the forefront -- delivering real-world impact, meaningful revenue, and some of the most technically ambitious work in ZK.

We’ve raised $55M across Seed and Series A from Paradigm, and we're a small, high-performing team focused on building deeply technical products with real-world adoption.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to help us grow our brand thoughtfully, creatively, and in ways that make us stand out across the crypto ecosystem. This isn’t just about managing Twitter. It’s about dreaming up and executing creative, unexpected, high-impact campaigns that make people stop scrolling, talk, and remember. We want someone who thrives on pushing boundaries, blending internet culture with crypto culture, and finding ways to make our brand unforgettable.

In this role, you will:

  • Expand Succinct’s brand identity through bold, creative campaigns that go beyond social media

  • Accelerate follower growth and engagement across all social platforms, with a special focus on Crypto Twitter

  • Create and execute unique marketing stunts, activations, and storytelling moments that capture attention across the ecosystem

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community in real time to build trust and loyalty

  • Identify and jump on emerging trends, memes, and narratives within crypto and broader culture

  • Partner with internal teams on product launches, token updates, and ecosystem initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of creating campaigns that break through the noise

  • Hands-on experience with token marketing and generating buzz around launches and narratives

  • Comfort experimenting with formats (video, graphics, memes, threads, stunts) while shipping fast

  • Deep familiarity with crypto culture (especially Twitter/Telegram/Discord) and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content

  • Exceptional short-form writing ability – witty, sharp, and tuned to a crypto-native audience

  • A creative mind that pushes boundaries and delivers campaigns that surprise and stick

Location

This role is remote-friendly with a preference for timezones with some overlap with PST (San Francisco). Our team is primarily based in San Francisco and works together in-person in an office. However, this particular role and team is remote-friendly and offers flexibility on location.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary and equity package

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents

  • Daily lunch and dinner at the office

  • Travel to industry events and conferences (company-paid)

Not Sure You’re 100% Qualified?

That’s okay -- if you’re passionate about ZK, love to learn fast, and are excited by our mission, we’d love to hear from you.

What does a Rust developer in web3 do?

A Rust developer in the context of web3 is a programmer who uses the Rust programming language to build applications and tools for the decentralized web, also known as the web3 ecosystem

The specific responsibilities of a Rust developer in web3 may vary depending on the project or organization they are working for, but in general, they would be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining Rust code that is used to build web3 applications

This could include things like creating smart contracts for decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, building tools for interacting with decentralized storage networks, or developing decentralized applications (dApps) for the web3 ecosystem.
