About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and a talented engineering team to design and deliver impactful features, integrate with cutting-edge third-party systems, and optimize our platform for performance, security, and scalability.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects end-to-end, from technical specifications to deployment, and directly influence the success of Tiplink’s products and the experience of our customers. Role Responsibilities
Design and Develop Full-Stack Features
Own End-to-End Product Delivery
Integrate third-party systems and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, external data sources) into the platform
Ensure Code Quality and Maintainability
Ensure System Security and Data Integrity
Debug and Troubleshoot Production Issue
Code Review and Quality Assurance
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
What You Need to be Successful (a.k.a. Qualifications)
Extensive Full-Stack Development Experience (Web and/or Native)
Technical Leadership
Problem-Solving and Debugging Expertise
Security Best Practices and Data Integrity
Commitment to Code Quality
Collaboration and Communication Skills
Bonus points if you:
Development experience on Solana Blockchain or with smart contracts
Experience working in cryptocurrency or payments industry
