Smart Contract Jobs

At Disco, we are looking for product managers who want to use their skills and experience to build the future of identity in the metaverse*.* We will enable users own, control and bring their data and reputation with them across web3 experiences, while maintaining privacy and autonomy.

You will help drive product strategy, delivery and release processes for our web app, sdk and apis. We want to ensure that we are building the right thing and releasing right on time for our users to ensure product market fit.

You will be able to contribute to the emerging global technology and standards of decentralised identity, storage and privacy.

What success looks like at Disco for you

• Within 1 month, you’ll participate in our onboarding process and help define processes and roadmaps to deliver all our products.
• Within 3 months, you’ll work with design, engineering and sales to deliver integrations with multiple wallets, messaging capabilities, our APIs and SDK.
• Within 6 months, you’ll work with engineering to define and implement data points and benchmarks to measure user interactions that will help define future features that will simplify the user’s & partner’s journey of sharing data about themselves across the web2 and web3 metaverse.

Who you are

• You have experience managing agile processes.
• You have experience managing product development process.
• You have experience owning, and managing, Jira and the Atlassian suite of products.
• You enjoy prioritizing product backlogs using user derived data and research.
• You can display functional understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data science.
• You enjoy breaking down business features into platform features and stories.
• You are passionate about people taking control of their identity.
• You have basic understanding of how blockchains and smart contracts work.
• You love collaborating with design, engineering, sales and product and can communicate easily verbally and written.
• You take care to write clear and understandable documentation.

Bonus

• 2+ years experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are open to talented applicants of all levels of experience.
• You have experience managing products and libraries in the identity space.
• You have delivered on product strategy and have a solid understanding of design thinking practices.

We are a lean team excited and passionate about building the user-empowered metaverse. We are devoted identity zealots, and we prioritize autonomy and trust in all aspects of our operations.

We are remote first, and plan time multiple opportunities each year to travel and spend time together. We have no formal vacation policy, but mandate that all teammates take at least two weeks per year away from work. We believe that everyone can do their best work when they are able to take time occasionally to rest and recharge.

At Disco, you will be working on the product & engineering teams while collaborating with design and sales to ensure we are putting our users at the forefront of the product development process.
