Shard Labs is a global remote R&D blockchain company with HQ in Zagreb, with a focus on blockchain and smart contract development. We are looking for a Senior Engineer Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
Main Activities:
- Build and manage backend engineering teams and guide the development of services and infrastructure across both web and mobile.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
- Manage a team to break down complex projects into smaller pieces and iterate on their design and implementation.
- Lead the development of smart contracts and the performance of blockchain integration with existing applications.
- Be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team in making diligent architectural decisions.
- Research and test new technologies to use for the project.
- Collaborate with the team, and other stakeholders to maintain a high quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Work with our talent organization to source and hire amazing engineers who will expand the ShardLabs culture and product.
What are we looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineer
- Experience working with WEB3 prefered
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools and blockchain management tools.
- Team Management and Stakeholder Management
- Advanced English level.
