Who We Are
Anagram is a digital assets holding company investing in and incubating innovative crypto projects. Our portfolio companies span multiple blockchain ecosystems, pushing the boundaries of decentralized technology. We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and scale critical infrastructure across our ventures.
The Role
As an SRE, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of backend systems, establishing best practices in DevOps, observability, and CI/CD. You will work closely with development teams to deploy code, automate processes, and maintain high-availability distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and implement scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
Reliability & Observability: Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain system health and minimize downtime.
CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment of backend services and smart contracts.
Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in distributed systems to improve scalability and efficiency.
Security Best Practices: Implement and enforce security policies, including key management, access controls, and network security.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Backend Engineering roles.
Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Rust, or Bash for automation and tooling.
Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration.
Expertise in blockchain node infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos) is a plus.
Familiarity with Web3 security considerations and best practices for smart contract deployments.
Why Join?
Work on cutting-edge crypto infrastructure and decentralized systems.
Choose your work >Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office based on your preference.
Collaborate with top-tier engineers in fast-moving, high-impact environments across various blockchain ecosystems.
What does an Solana developer do?
As a Solana developer, your responsibilities would include designing, implementing, and maintaining applications on the Solana blockchain platform using Rust programming language
This would involve using the Solana software development kit (SDK) to write smart contracts and build decentralized applications (dApps) that make use of the platform's features and capabilities
You would also be responsible for ensuring that your dApps are secure, efficient, and scalable, and for testing and debugging your code to ensure its correct behavior
Additionally, you may be involved in the ongoing development and improvement of the Solana platform itself, working with other members of the Solana community to drive innovation and advance the state of blockchain technology.
