Principal/Senior Principal - Consultant Web3/Digital Strategy
As a Principal Consultant, you will deliver top-line impact for our clients by advising and guiding clients in
Provide strategic advice to enterprise clients on the implementation of Web3 stablecoin solutions based on their unique business requirements & goals
Develop and implement project plans that outline the steps needed to achieve project goals, timelines and deliverables
Leading client engagements from high-level start to actual delivery and realization of predefined objectives, including guiding and coaching of more junior colleagues
Collaborate with internal group and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery including developers, designers, business analysts and project managers
Leading workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and risks of using Web3 Solutions and how to use them effectively
Staying informed of emerging trends and developments in Web3 technologies, including payments solutions, stablecoins and ESG use cases and advising clients on how to incorporate these details into their strategies and operations
Actively thinking with clients about business strategies, development and integration of innovative concepts and technologies, and transformation plans
Analyzing clients' business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Preparing reports and presentations that communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders
The specific skills and qualifications required for this position may include:
10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Web 3 solutions, payments, stablecoins, and ESG use cases.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Web 3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
Experience with payment solutions like PayPal, Stripe, and other payment protocols relevant to the Web 3 ecosystem.
Understanding of stable coins and their use-cases, such as algorithmic, over-collateralized, and hybrid.
Experience with programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, and related frameworks would be beneficial.
