About Mojito

Mojito is an end-to-end solution for fully branded NFT marketplaces and tokenized customer engagement. The space is growing at an incredible pace and we are in a prime position to be a market leader. Mojito is the first project to graduate from the Serotonin Product Studio and is backed by industry veterans and VCs and partners. We combine technology with design thinking and user empathy to build products that make blockchain accessible to a mainstream audience.

We are passionate about building products for a diverse, global audience and think our team should be a reflection of that. We are committed to a diverse workforce, so we encourage women, people with disabilities, people of color, and gender nonconforming candidates to apply.

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Writer with experience writing detailed and well-written technical documentation. You will work with leadership, engineering, product, and design to produce public-facing documentation describing how to use our platform. You will be an important key to encouraging more clients and technologists to build on their products on Mojito. You will report to the CTO.

What you'll do

  • Work with the leadership, product, and engineering teams to gather and document requirements needed to describe the purpose, functionality, and usage of Mojito platform.
  • Write and edit high-quality technical documentation on the Mojito platform with collaboration from engineers.
  • Improve Mojito technical documentation content in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and others.
  • Manage and publish documentation to the Mojito developer site.
  • Review and edit content for all new features.
  • Identify and address content gaps or the need for additional media such as diagrams or videos.
  • Participate in reviews and revamps of section or page content and structure.
  • Help review and assess incoming suggestions and corrections.
  • Identify methods to keep the documentation updated.

Requirements

  • Experience writing, editing, researching, and planning software documentation.
  • Excellent skills in grammar, minimalist documentation design, and information architecture.
  • Good grasp of new technologies and can describe complex topics in a simple, straightforward fashion.
  • You are passionate about creating high-quality documentation that meets the needs of customers and partners.
