Data Mynt is a digital asset checkout & payment solution for sellers and platforms. Data Mynt is a venture-backed hiring Designer who can also support creatives across the business. The right candidate will play a critical role in the next phase of elevating brand awareness and affinity.
What you’ll do
Product
Re-design and improve sites and apps end to end to ensure a delightful user experience (UX).
Build Interaction Design (IxD) flows and experiences that are intuitive and elegant.
Create wireframes, and prototypes, and conduct usability testing.
Create and maintain a design system to be used across internal tools.
Work with Product, Marketing, Copywriters, and Engineers to understand their workflow and needs, and ensure the designs are feasible and consistent.
Maintain library of designs in Figma.
Marketing
Conceptualize & create visuals based on requirements and present several ideas.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using the software design tools.
Propose the appropriate color themes and layouts for each graphic.
Amend and deliver production designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

What we’re looking for
4+ years of product (web and mobile) design experience.
Ownership mentality, thought leadership, and brave perspective.
Experience with UX/UI for incredible products.
Passion for making financial services more accessible and valuable.
Deep user empathy, a love for research, data, and strong communication skills.
A portfolio featuring your awesome work.
Constantly curious, collaborative, and open-minded.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Nice to haves
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
Experience at an early-stage startup or in FinTech, crypto, or payments.
Knowledge of financial services, crypto, DeFi services.
