Responsibilities:

  • Network management including wireless AP controlling, global intranet connectivity and permission control.
  • Streamline coordination with vendors, manage hardware portfolio and setup in the office, including printers, laptops, monitors, VC room devices and other electronic devices.
  • Manage internal applications access and ensure service availability.
  • Ensure daily applications working for all users.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 8 years desktop support / helpdesk experience
  • L1 Level experience in installing, technical troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications
  • Fluent Mandarin, and English speaking.
  • Understand TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switch, router, Firewall, Internet Gateway, and vlan.
  • Good knowledge in supporting Windows and Mac
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Office 365
  • Good communications skills with users and management as well as people skills
