Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive adoption of different tools to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams
2. Collaborate with different stakeholders to Identify and track key success metrics/North star for different business functions
3. Develop training materials and support business teams on different tools used in Polygon
4. Create new workflows and Automate existing manual workflows in tools used by different teams
5. Develop knowledge of different functions, partners and protocols specific to web3 and relevant to projects
