The Company
Our client is a group of high profile serial entrepreneurs based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and China trying to bring our experience and expertise into building better Web3 products to drive mass adoption.
We are searching for a highly motivated Growth Hacker to drive awareness and expansion of our client's products and services, as well as drive growth and engagement in DAO community. In this role, you will work with the team to determine key pain points and opportunities for their business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our client's product’s market share and customer base. A top-notch growth hacker is innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.
The Role
A Growth Hacker will:
- Work with founders directly
- Identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Design and set up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business
- Implement projects to achieve growth goals for the company
- Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
- Replicate successful strategies at scale and in new markets
Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 2 years' experience in a related role and in the startup space, ideally in Web3 space.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations, ideally in driving DAO community growth.
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics.
- Skilled at web optimization, leads generation, conversion analysis, and creating marketing funnels.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change
