Job responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Administration Manager and manage the office facility management function and work closely with the head office
  • Handle office renovation projects and facility arrangement.
  • Solid experience on office wide maintenance, conference room management and decoration
  • Select, liaise and coordinate with service providers and suppliers/vendors; assist staff business travel matters when necessary
  • Maintain good relationships with various departments
  • Purchase, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance
  • Assist with staff recreation activities and company events
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years office facility management/ administrative working experience
  • Proactive with a can do attitude to work with different parties
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A friendly and motivated team player
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • More experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
