We are looking for a Finance Operations Associate to join our growing Finance Operations team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage day-to-day Finance Operations tasks
• Assist with monitoring and managing of our treasury and trading ecosystem
• Develop new processes and procedures to improve business operations
• Handling payments, settlements as well as managing banking and exchange relationships
• Communicate directly with market makers and high-value clients to resolve payment inquiries
• Communicating financial risks to management
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve payment inquiries of our retail customers
• Account reconciliations
• Provide operational support to other functions including Account Management, Compliance, Accounting, Lending and Markets teams.
• Take ownership of internal and external inquiries and provide fast and professional resolution

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience in an operational role or in the financial industry
• Passion for creating a positive customer experience that is highly responsive, professional and qualitative.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment with great follow through on tasks.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, international payments & trading platforms.
• Fluent English. Other business functional languages are advantageous.
