Job Description

At Cash App we are constantly building new financial services to advance our mission of economic empowerment. This role involves leading a new 0 to 1 product from pilot phase through GA. Concretely you will:

• Define and execute the roadmap for the product
• Lead a large cross-functional team from our initial pilot through GA
• Figure out product profitability and drive business success
  

We believe this new service has the potential to make our customers’ financial lives 5-10x better, and we want you to lead the way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience
• Passionate about Fintech
• Strong business sense and analytical skill
• Strong customer empathy and design sense
• Ability to earn trust from and lead a high performing cross-functional team
