Our beauty / skincare client is seeking a Social Media Strategy Coordinator to join a heavily data-focused team.
This is a 40 hr / week, hybrid role that required 3 days in the NYC office, 2 days WFH. You need your own computer.
Social Media Strategy Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support community management, analytics, data, and provide ad-hoc back-end support
• Support competitor analysis and trend research to help drive social strategy by compiling trending topics and campaign performance for monthly reports
• Support social advocacy by assisting on campaigns and pilot projects
• Support Web 3.0 (Metaverse + NFT) strategy and pilot projects
• Support in monthly reporting of performance, points of improvement, market KPIs, and markets branding/ voice monitoring
• Participate in local market governance KPI data (Retro-tagging all DMI assets, DMI content adoption, Sprinklr adoption, response rate)
• Monitor DMI delivered campaign performance and adoption and provide social listening to inform futurecampaign optimizationand trend forecasting for Content Team
• Support TikTokcontent production by creating monthly packages of content
• Support research on emerging / first-to market opportunities andtechnologies by managing Net Base for social listeningcapabilities
• Support Global Assistant Social Media Manager in the creation of social platform guidelines
• Manage brand's Global YouTube& Facebook pages, uploading videos for local markets as needed and scheduling posts in Sprinklr
• Assist in the creation of FAQ guides for channels to get on new animations, ongoing communications,and any other considerations
• Support community management by responding to all inbound DMI messages (via Sprinklr)
• Create engagement tactics for tier A campaigns and new launches to support local markets duringanimations
• Monitor local market posts across all platform ensuring adherence to brand's guidelines (content governance)

Social Media Strategy Coordinator Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant Social Media experience
• Knowledge of Web 3.0, Metaverse and NFTs
• Digital native or digital immigrant with experience and frequent usage of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in addition to key social analytics tools
• Experience building digital awareness campaigns preferably in beauty and international contexts
• Tools: Net Base, Sprinkler, Rival IQ, Domo
