We’re seeking a thoughtful, execution-minded People Ops Lead that values culture and anchors around putting our team first. This role will require the ability to move quickly as we navigate a high-growth period to design and roll out programs that best support our teams from establishing foundational people programs, managing our HR tech stack, focusing on workplace experience, and more.
