TRON is looking for a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. This position will work closely with managers and external partners. While incorporating strategic alignment and creative implementation with business development. The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and will have strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of current marketing techniques and public relations strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with product teams, knowing their marketing requirements, making marketing plans accordingly
• Being the account manager of marketing campaigns
• Syncing up with the US marketing team and CN marketing team
• Tracking and optimizing marketing campaign results
• Sourcing marketing channels/resources
• Onboarding marketing opportunities
• Coordinating with events/meetups
• Building out marketing calendars
• Contributing to social media post ideas

Who you are:

• Detail oriented
• Interested in blockchain is a must
• Must be bilingual in both Mandarin and English
• You take initiative and are fully accountable for your work
• 1+ year of crypto marketing experience
