Valora is seeking a Recruiting Lead experienced in managing headcount and recruiting pipeline from beginning to end. You will be responsible for leading operational efficiency for our recruiting in directly working with Hiring Managers and Leadership to attract passionate talent to our mission.

You will:

    • Strategize and prioritize hiring
    • Work with your business partners to clearly define hiring needs and prioritize open roles
    • Provide metrics that drive insight and strategy for our recruiting operations
    • Provide best in class candidate experience
    • Partner with our other leaders to ensure compliance

You are:

    • Passionate about Celo's mission and the role Valora aims to play in the global market
    • A relationship manager with stellar communication skills and empathy for applicant needs
    • Hands-on when working with internal and external stakeholders, project managing recruiting
    • A leader in the recruiting space

You have:

    • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and recruiting leadership
    • Extensive ATS experience
    • Reporting experience in driving stakeholder conversations
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Warm candidate relationship skills
    • Enthusiasm about working in a startup environment
