Job Description
The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Science Intern with an intermediate understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain Technology, Lightning Networks, Bitcoin, and related technologies. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in applying your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
Our 10-week paid summer internship offers mentorship, networking events, and professional development within our ITS team.
Your Focus

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders for data collection, parsing, cleansing and categorization.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner, making data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets related to blockchain transactions and network activities.
• Participate in research related to AI, NLP, and Blockchain, contributing innovative ideas and approaches.
• Leverage knowledge of Lightning Network and Bitcoin to enhance data analysis and modeling capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, AI, Blockchain, and other relevant technologies.

You Should Also Bring The Following

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of NLP, AI, Blockchain, Lightning Network, Bitcoin, and supporting technologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Basic understanding of SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
