Criteria:
- 1+ YoE as Solidity Engineer (Hardhat, OpenZeppelin, Truffle)
- DevOps and/or full-stack experience a plus
- Ambitious, responsive, dedicated
- Github clearly demonstrates ability
- (bonus) S-tier school / prior company as a SWE, would boost comp
- America's/ EU based
