Cupcake is an NFT Super-App that closes the gap between the physical and digital worlds through blockchain-based ownership, attendance, and loyalty for brands, artists, and creators. Cupcake’s secure NFC tags, known as Sprinkles, are paired with battle-tested smart contracts to deliver unique online / offline experiences including proof of attendance, certificate of authenticity, proof of ownership, live experiences, and more. New-to-crypto users can create a digital asset wallet and mint their first NFT in less than a minute, without fumbling through clunky onboarding processes or paying high fees.

Cupcake is part of B+J Studios, the 0 to 1 builder studio developing world class blockchain-based solutions for mainstream consumer and institutional-grade use cases. Fortune 500 brands and creators can leverage B+J Studios' technology across experiential, commerce, content, and gaming to connect with users in digital and physical environments. Position Summary

We are looking for a top tier member of our executive team at Cupcake to spearhead the design, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

About you

• Banking/consulting/finance background with a passion for NFTs in the real world.
• GSD (Get Stuff Done) individual contributor at the earliest stages of a startup who can scale themself over time with a team.
• Drive multiple agendas and stakeholders with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Track record of successful financial modeling, analytics, and experience with enterprise software like Notion.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.

What you will be doing

• Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CEO and other key executive team members.
• End to end revenue enablement and sales operations to lead and grow Cupcake’s sales function.
• Recruit, onboard and enable thousands of new partners.
• Assist in negotiations and influencing deal execution so that everyone is on-board with our vision and plan.
• Work with other C-level executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.
• Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business relationships.
• Work with the CEO in capital raise processes. Meet, interact and present information effectively to current and potential investors.
• Help build a powerful, motivated, aligned and results oriented team at Cupcake.
