5 years experience, at least 2 of those years with Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains, smart-contract development with Solidity, Web3.js / Ethers.js frameworks JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Golang MySQL, database management. (Haskell, Rust, are a plus)
1+ years of experience leading and growing high performing teams.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them in writing with clear and logical thinking.
You have worked in a data-informed environment before and know how to utilise data to the utmost of its potential.
Have entrepreneurial flair, bonus if you were a founder previously.
