Web3 is a new paradigm

As Head of Product & Design at Blockbyte, you lead a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers. You are responsible for defining and shaping our product experience — from user journeys and layout systems to interface logic and tone of voice. You ensure that all design output is not only user-centric but also technically implementable. You work closely with the development lead to make sure design is executed precisely and consistently.

Your responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor the design & product team
• Develop structured workflows for ideation, prototyping, testing, and handoff
• Create and maintain design systems and scalable component libraries
• Own and manage the Figma workspace and documentation practices
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth implementation and high visual fidelity
  
  Your profile: 
  
  
  • 4+ years experience in product design or UX/UI leadership
  • Advanced Figma and interface design skills
  • Deep understanding of responsive UI principles and design/development collaboration
  • You think in flows, structure, and user feedback loops
  • Clear communicator with a strong eye for visual and functional detail
