About Silo Finance

Silo Finance is a decentralized, non-custodial lending protocol building the next evolution of onchain credit markets. With Silo v3 launching in Q1 2026, were introducing a new approach to lending that fundamentally rethinks how risk, capital efficiency, and market design work in DeFi.

This next version is a major step forward for the protocol and the broader DeFi ecosystem. Were entering a phase where clear positioning, strong execution, and sharp communication matter more than ever—and thats where this role comes in.

Were looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape how Silo v3 is introduced to the market and to play a key role in growing it.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities at Silo Finance. Youll operate across paid and organic channels, manage social presence, support a constant stream of launches, and drive measurable growth across the EVM DeFi ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving crypto environments and is comfortable owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

  • Own and execute the full marketing roadmap, from planning to delivery
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations across campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives
  • Coordinate with BD and growth to align marketing with protocol updates and releases
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and iterate quickly

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and run paid and organic campaigns across relevant crypto channels
  • Experiment with growth loops, partnerships, and ecosystem campaigns
  • Oversee content distribution across multiple platforms

Social Media & Community Presence

  • Own all social media channels (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
  • Communicate brand positioning, protocol updates, and tactical campaigns clearly and consistently
  • Drive engagement through threads, announcements, campaigns, and collaborations
  • Ensure messaging resonates with DeFi-native users and reflects market context

Brand & Positioning

  • Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Translate complex DeFi concepts into understandable, compelling narratives
  • Support reputation management and thought leadership in the DeFi space

Requirements

  • Proven experience running hands-on marketing operations (crypto, Web3, or high-growth tech preferred)
  • Strong experience managing paid and organic marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of social media marketing, especially X/Twitter
  • DeFi experience is a major plus
  • Active DeFi user (you use protocols, wallets, onchain tools)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working independently and owning execution
  • Based in or aligned with EU or North American time zones

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience marketing DeFi protocols, infrastructure, or onchain products
  • Familiarity with analytics tools
  • Experience working with remote-first teams

What We Offer

  • High ownership and autonomy
  • Work directly on a core DeFi protocol with real users and real capital
  • Remote-first environment
  • Competitive compensation (base + token allocation)
