The team includes experts from law, academia, engineering, and traditional finance, leveraging their collective experience to guide investors in the evolving web3 landscape.

Job Summary:
This role involves guiding clients through DeFi, building portfolios, and ensuring progress via one-on-one calls. Your responsibilities include trend analysis, identifying service opportunities, and contributing to group discussions. The ideal candidate is a DeFi native with deep crypto knowledge, strong analysis skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics, and is passionate about DeFi and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one video calls to guide clients through DeFi, build custom portfolios, and ensure progress.
  • Demonstrate deep familiarity with DeFi concepts like bridging, perpetual contracts, and burner wallets.
  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze client goals and risk tolerance to develop tailored investment strategies.
  • Stay updated on DeFi trends, protocols, and market shifts to offer informed guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to qualified clients, earning commission alongside base compensation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Participate in 1-2 group calls per month as a presenter or analyst, sharing insights and discussing DeFi developments.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and improve client success strategies.
  • Help scale operations by contributing to process improvements in client onboarding and portfolio management.

Job Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for decentralized markets and Web3 technology is a must.
  • Deep crypto and DeFi expertise.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets in client-facing roles.
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Experience in high-ticket B2C or low-ticket B2B sales is preferred.

Working hours: Flexible working hours - must adhere to the EST time zone 2 hours in the day or afternoon.
Salary: Commission-based (Uncapped)
