The Account Executives responsible for our public sector customers are driven by our mission to make the world a safer place.  We support law enforcement and civilian agencies to disrupt criminal operations, reduce illicit activity, recover funds for victims, and investigate cases that involve digital assets. 

Our Account Executives for the public sector have existing and trustworthy reputations with government customers and prospects and are experts in navigating complex procurement processes.

In this role, you'll:

  • Exceed your quota through strategic and relentless prospecting and development of your sales pipeline in Singapore,

  • Lead the entire sales process from discovery calls to contract negotiation to closing deals 

  • Help develop compelling product positioning and messages specific to agencies’ mission, competitive drivers, sales channels, and more 

  • Build relationships with customers based on trust and transparency resulting in network referrals that ultimately build Chainalysis’ brand awareness

  • Create and execute go-to-market plans that result in predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts 

  • Build a diverse pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent and accurate forecasting

  • Develop, manage, and structure our relationships with local partners, resellers, and distributors.

  • Establish relationships across departments at Chainalysis allowing you to provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, training, and more.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • A background in B2B SaaS sales focused in managing and closing complex B2B SaaS sales in Singapore.

  • Experience working with systems integrators, resellers, distributors and other partners to extend our reach in the local market

  • Strong client network in Public Sector - Law Enforcement, National Security and Regulatory agencies

  • Demonstrated a history of building and executing a focused GTM strategy

  • A track record of over-achieving quota in past positions

  • Experience in both new business development and strategic account development

  • Both written and spoken fluency in English to communicate with customers and colleagues in Chainalysis' offices around the world

Nice to have experience: 

  • Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cryptocurrency Technologies, proprietary data, or cybersecurity knowledge is a plus

  • Native speaker in ASEAN languages.

What does an account manager do?
