The market is ripe for disruption driven by advancements in model and inference optimization, the growing computational power of personal devices, and consumer demand for private, affordable, and more personalized AI.   ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

Create a New Market: Develop a thriving market for privacy-centric AI solutions that prioritize user data ownership and control. Fuel Innovation: Unlock a new era of AI advancements by overcoming privacy constraints and enabling applications that were previously unimaginable. Define the Future of AI: Establish a new paradigm for AI development that is user-centric, privacy-focused, and ethically responsible, shaping the future of technology for the better.

Additionally, you will: 

Manage a multi-cohort team of Venture Architects, Technologists, Engineers, and Product/Design, leveraging domain expertise to ideate on concepts. Take ownership of all functions necessary to launch a new venture, including product development, go-to-market strategies, and operational execution. Validate the feasibility, viability, and desirability of a new venture, including hypothesis testing, business model validation, and partner engagement, leading to the launch of a seeded venture if validated. Own recruiting, prototype development, go-to-market planning, and future fundraising. Mentor team members and encourage a culture of collective ownership.

Deep domain knowledge and a proven ability to lead and build ventures, specifically in the AI sector. Philosophically champion democratisation of AI. Expertise in distributed networking, AI, and blockchain technologies. Former CEO or founding experience with 0-1 and 1-10 stage companies. Strong critical thinking, implementation, and communication skills. Strong team-building and teamwork capabilities. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to create an entrepreneurial environment. Passion and energy for new ideas.
