The Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves analyzing account discrepancies, preparing financial statements, and working closely with other departments to resolve any issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank statements and other financial records;
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly;
- Analyze account discrepancies and investigate any irregularities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records;
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in accounting, in Payment, or financial reconciliation will be considered an advantage;
- Good English level;
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
