Job Description: We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to support our People team. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and people operations, helping the team make better decisions through analytics while improving the systems and processes that power our HR operations. You will work closely with the People team and cross-functional partners to build dashboards, generate insights, and optimize our HR systems (primarily Rippling). The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, enjoys improving processes, and is excited about using automation to make operations more efficient. WHAT YOU WILL DO: People Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support People team decision-making. Analyse workforce data (headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement, compensation trends, etc). Deliver recurring reporting for leadership and business stakeholders. Ensure data quality and consistency across people datasets. Maintain data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable. Handle sensitive employee data responsibly, follow access controls, and support compliance with data‑privacy requirements.

Work on improving workflows within our HRIS (Rippling). Identify opportunities to automate manual People team processes. Configure and optimize HRIS modules, workflows, and integrations. Support system rollouts, updates, and new feature implementations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus. Experience working with an HRIS platform (Rippling experience is a plus). An analytical and data driven mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and looking for trends at a deep level. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow‑through; comfortable managing tasks independently and escalating blockers early. Fluency in English, written and spoken.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Competitive compensation, in cryptocurrency. The opportunity to progress for high performers. HMO on day 1.
