Let’s go!  Your mission We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn data, audiences and media buying into measurable growth. In this role, you’ll own and develop our programmatic advertising activities across display, video, and emerging channels like CTV and audio. You’ll work closely with our performance and country teams to build full-funnel strategies and make sure programmatic becomes a strong contributor to overall business results.   What you will do

Plan, set up and manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform or similar) Develop audience strategies using first-party, third-party and contextual data Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance, viewability, reach and conversion metrics Identify and test new inventory, formats and buying strategies Translate performance data into clear recommendations for stakeholdersSupport cross-channel planning together with paid social and search teams Manage external partners, publishers or data providers when needed

  Who you are 

Experience running programmatic campaigns hands-on, with a strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges and programmatic deal types Confidence working with data and performance KPIs, with a great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Understanding of tracking, attribution and privacy changes Structured and analytical way of working and comfortable explaining complex topics to non-specialists Strong communication skills, ability to connect easily with variety of stakeholders and partners
