Let’s go!As Director, Trading Operations, you will lead our trading operations by leveraging your expertise in financial markets, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will lead a high-performing team focused on Crypto, constantly striving for process optimization and refinement of control systems. By establishing clear processes and performance metrics, you will oversee project timelines and help launch initiatives with streamlined workflows and effective risk controls. Your data-driven approach and leadership skills will foster innovation in trading activities and strengthen risk management. Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams, you will align trading operations with broader business objectives, enhancing organizational success.   What you'll do:

Provide strategic leadership for the Trading Operations department, setting measurable performance goals while promoting a culture of ownership and growth.  Drive the optimization of trading processes for efficiency, scalability, and risk management. Oversee trade execution, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Work with senior management and cross-functional teams on new initiatives, communicating Trading Operations' needs.  Monitoring crypto markets and proactively adjusting operations to address impactful changes and unusual trading trends. Develop and mentor a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement and contributing to business objectives.

  Who you are:

You have extensive knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and the trade lifecycle across asset classes, especially cryptocurrencies. You bring 10+ years of trading operations experience, with at least 5 years in leadership. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify optimization opportunities, both quantitative and qualitative.  You take a structured approach to project coordination, detailing the team’s needs and capabilities to manage stakeholders’ expectations and delineate clear action plans, with goals, initiatives, and key results. Your understanding of risk management allows you to mitigate operational and market risks, by being proactive rather than reactive to market changes. As an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you collaborate well with diverse teams and senior management.  Comfortable with technology and experienced in trading platforms, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
