After the 6-month contract, exceptional performance could open the door to a full-time opportunity. As a Recruiter you’ll help us attract, hire and retain top talent across the globe. If you’re passionate about recruiting and making an impact, this role is for you. The hourly pay rate for this role is between $60 - $75/hour. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical roles across the organization Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and interviewing teams on interviewing best practices Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing strategies Champion an exceptional candidate experience through attentive management and communication Report on key recruiting metrics and utilize them to drive changes in processes and reveal insights Participate in major improvement projects to upgrade our hiring infrastructure

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

Passion for all things recruiting 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or startup environment Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders to build out effective, efficient and inclusive processes Track record closing candidates & educating them on the value of compensation packages that include stock options Excellent communication, organizational skills and follow-through, both internally and externally A data driven approach to hiring & experience using data to back up assumptions to iterate & improve hiring processes

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

Bitcoin experience as a user and/or recruiter Experience hiring for remote-first teams, both domestic and internationally Open Source recruiting experience
